Training Policy

As is our divisional name, Training is the number one priority for the Training division. There should never be a point when someone is waiting to be trained. When training, you MUST cover everything mentioned in the Script while not copy/pasting the script.
It is expected and required that all trainers have their own personalized Script to use.
EVERYONE must Log every training session they have. A training session begins as soon as you enter the Training Room.

Dress Code 

ALL divisional trainers are required to where the appropriate uniform located in the "[EPF] Training Uniform Room" accessible by the Training Hallway. 
Training High Rank members MUST wear the appropriate colors for Training which matches the colors of the Training Uniform.

Be Professional
If you ever have a bad recruit or someone simply trying to troll, Speak to Scott6011 or any Mod+ to have the recruit removed. Do not fight/bicker with them be profession and get help.

Training Promotional Guidelines

For Trainer ranks: 

Trainer Student: Is not able to promote yet *Does not have the right to train!*

Trainer Graduate: Is not able to promote yet *Must have a supervisor present while training!*

Junior Novice Trainer: Can promote up to Cadet *Can now use their own tag *

Novice Trainer: Can promote up to Cadet

Senior Novice Trainer: Can promote up to Officer 3c

Junior Inexperienced Trainer: Can promote up Officer 2c

Inexperienced Trainer: Can promote up to Officer 1c

Senior Inexperienced Trainer: Can promote up to Patrol Officer

Junior Qualified Trainer: Can promote up to Captain

Qualified Trainer: Can promote up to Elite Officer 3c

Senior Qualified Trainer: Can promote up to Elite Officer 2c

Junior Experienced Trainer: Can promote up to Elite Officer 1c

Experienced Trainer: Can promote up to Elite Leader

Senior Experienced Trainer: Can promote up to Elite Squad Leader

Junior Training Instructor: Can promote up to Trainer Graduate

Training Instructor: Can promote up to Junior Novice Trainer *May begin instructing independently*

Senior Training Instructor: Can promote up to Novice Trainer

Junior Divisional Instructor: Can promote up to Novice Trainer *May begin instructing other divisional Trainees

Divisional Instructor: Can promote up to Novice Trainer

Senior Divisional Instructor: Can promote up to Novice Trainer

Junior Training Supervisor: Can promote up to Senior Novice Trainer

Training Supervisor: Can promote up to Junior Inexperienced Trainer *May begin supervising independently*

Senior Training Supervisor: Can promote up to Inexperienced Trainer

Junior Training Superior: Can promote to Senior Inexperienced Trainer

Training Superior: Can promote up to Junior Qualified Trainer

Senior Training Superior: Can promote up to Qualified Trainer

Assistant Head of Academy: Can promote up to Junior Experienced Trainer

Head of Academy: Can promote up to Senior Experienced Trainer

For THR Ranks:

Note* - Only the HoT and the EHoT can accept Training apps and give the rank: Trainer Student.
Note* - Only THR and Training Instructor - Head of Academy can instruct new Trainers and give the rank: Trainer Graduate. 
Note* - Only the HoT and the EHoT can accept members into THR. 

Trial THR: Can promote up to Senior Training Supervisor 

Training Advisor II: Can promote up to Junior Training Superior 

Training Advisor I: Can promote up to Training Superior 

Director of Training Instructors: Can promote up to Senior Training Superior 

Director of Divisional Instructors: Can promote up to Assistant Head of Academy 

Director of Supervisors: Can promote up to Assistant Head of Academy 

Director of HR Training: Can promote up to Assistant Head of Academy 

Assistant Head of Training: Can promote up to Head of Academy *With permission of HoT and/or EHoT* 

Head of Training: Can promote any trainer rank 

Elite Head of Training: Can promote any trainer rank 

For HR+ Ranks:

Note* - HR+ may not promote above these ranks within Training. HR+ also may not promote a Trainer into HR+ without discussing it with the EHoT first. 
Note* - HR+ may not accept Training Division Applications. [Only the Hot and the EHoT can.]
Note* - HR+ may not instruct new Trainer Students. [Only Training Instructor - Head of Academy and THR can.]
Note* - HR+ may not promote anyone to a THR rank. [Only the HoT and the EHoT can.]
