-Energy kept moving and talking when not needed
-He then said his phone/Ipad/Ipod battery was soon to run out.
-So therefore he had to leave
-lolika left just before energy midway through training after Basic Commands

Positive
-Wasn't using the script.

-Made an early mistake by saying FTF = Fill the Entrance. I corrected him.
-Could've really told him the answer to each question in training.

Positive:
- Asked to take notes
- Asked if he talked to fast that they should say it
- Checked weather recruit was making notes.
- Was clear as to commands.
- I did commands as example.
- Good training. As recruit shined and got 100%!!

Negative
- Could've been clearer as to the postioning of each station.
- Was informal. However this was good because it created a better atmosphere. (Not really negative)
- Wasn't always bold text.

Note: Kris dc at the test at "Who works at FTE?" I continued the test. He came back on, and finished up.

Further Comments: This was dilans second training. after leaving during suspension. His behaviour was not the best. 100%

monkeybackside;
- Asked if the recruit knew how to wave so he would know if they had questions.
- Personalised the script slightly could be done a bit more. But mostly good!!
- Made sure the recruit wasn't AFK.
- Was clear and Simplistic about each part.
- Answered Recruits Questions willingly.

Pobelter;
- Was using guide/script and mixing it with his own style.
- Was using bold 95% of the time.
- Demonstrated Advanced Commands
- Re-explained when recruit is in doubt.
- Good grammar and sentence structure.

Negative
monkeybackside;
- Didn't use bold for the rules, and some of the training. He said this was due to a dodgy shift key.
- Was still using script for parts. As I presume he hadn't got round to making his own version.
- Had some typos. Could try and correct them.

Pobelter;
- Just some grammatical errors/mistype.

- Recruit AFKed after Basics. Then came back. I left and handed over to Pobelter so that I could sleep.

Positive:
-Crisp & Confident
-Made a good distuished between F&C and SF.
-Good with regularly checking understanding and pace.
-Answered recruits questions well however off topic they may have been,
-Was clear as to A.D.C and B/U/M.

Negative:
-Was too quick with first rules at the beginning and too many. Could do with simplifying.
-Was too fast I'm places.
-Some spelling errors.
-Could of made answers more obvious,
-Rushed rules at the end for EPF ones.

Positive:

- He had personalised most of it.
- The recruit understood him well.
- He checked on the recruits understanding throughout.

Negative:

- He crammed all of a Basic Command onto one bubble. Meaning there was no time to write.
- He could of directly answered the test questions (Who works where) thus meaning a higher pass percentage.
