Positives:
She communicated very well with the Recruit.
She was very fluent on what was being trained.
She was also using bold words so it was easier to understand.


Further Comments:  She rushed through the script and copied almost word for word. But, she knows what she's doing. For a future training, I would have her slow down, and communicate much more with the Recruit. On the positive side, she knows how to train very well. She had demonstrations for some of the tougher commands. Good work on future trainings Rachey!

There's a huge room for improvement for Rachey, she needs to work on her pacing of training. She needs to let the recruits let her know if she's going to fast for them and also some demonstrations of the commands.

•Connected well with the Recruit.
•Used his own 'modified' training script.
•Corrected the incorrect answers.
•Gave examples for the test questions, such as; "Fill the ____"


Negatives:
•Needs to work on his spelling/grammar.
•Needs to work on his pacing.
•Needs to work on his punctuality.

For further training:
Lueroix trained very well. He just needs to work on his spelling/grammar and he should become a very good trainer.
Furthermore, he needs to really work on his punctuality, and clarity of his sentences. Once Lueroix works on those, he should be on his way to become a Training High Rank, and possibly even a AhoT.
