Further Comments:

Positive

- Recruit had a bitty first bit, with several BRBs, he managed well.
- Used bold after I notified.
- Asked if he had worked elsewhere, then briefly checked if he knew SF etc - He didn't, so we did the whole training.
- Personalised script (Very lengthy Script).
- He dealt well with a Recruit who liked to show he knows some stuff.
- He made sure he addressed him as Sir, good thing.
- Checked the Recruits understanding regularly.
- He answered Recruits questions well.


Negative

- Didn't use bold initially, but got there in time for the actual training.
- Went quite fast, but Recruit didn't complain, so not really a bad thing.
- For all he personalised, it was very long, but I guess it's good he personalised it in the first place.
- Training took an hour+, however, this is a new EPF Member from .nl and its hard to tell if its trainer or recruit causing this.
