-He was really helpful with the recruit, he was patient with him, and he connected with the recruit immediately.

-He was positive, energetic, and easy-going.

-He explained everything quite well.

-He edited the script so it can go along with his style.

-He did tell the recruit the correct answers to the test.

Negatives:
-He is a great trainer, but he didn't have full control over the recruit. He had a lot, but not the full control. He didn't tell the recruit to stay quiet. The recruit told him to wait because he has to go to the bathroom instead of asking him. 

-He could speed up the training session, but he did a great job.
