It'll be easier to train by learning the training script itself. Even though you don't really requires supervision, I believe it'll be easier to use your own word and your own style of doing it. Beside that, I like how motivated you are whenever there's a recruit needed for training. The training division is lucky to have someone like you but that's from my perspective. Keep it up .
