Used training script word for word (understandable, its his first time training)
He is copy/paste script, so he is going a little fast

Handled an ugly situation very well. Some of our experienced handlers probably wouldn't have handled it as well as he did. I commend him for it

Made the recruit feel like he wasn't allowed to ask questions. did this by saying "please don't interrupt"
