Further Comments:
- He followed the training script word for word, but this is given for being a new member to Training
- He didn't add much of a distinct or personal style to his training, but again given
- I had to interrupt minimal times to clarify something, or say something to the transfers
- I like his attitude while training and ability to adapt to certain situations
- Somewhat disjointed in parts with minor spelling errors

- Very friendly towards the recruit, along with concise and to the point (Positive)
- Great use of Bolded Font while training (Positive)
- Patient with the recruit (positive)
- Fair training speed; recruit was a little lost at some points (negative)
- Copy & paste of the training script, okay for a beginning trainer but they should begin to veer off a little and put in some of their style (negative)

Further Comments: He was very attentive to the recruits, and took in an extra during the beginning. He made sure that each recruit was ready and able to move on before continuing. He was friendly towards the recruits and never had an attitude with them. He would wait patiently before continuing as well.
