Points Deducted Per Offense
Disrespect/Disobedience:
Minimum offense: -2 Points
Medium offense: -4 Points (and possible 3 days suspension).
High offense: -6 Points (and possible 3 days suspension + long mute/1 day ban).
Asking for:
Pay: -3 Points
Rights: -3 Points
Promotions: -5 points
Points: -5 points
Self Promotion:
First offense: -6 and on top of that, all points they self promoted with will be removed.
Second offense: Fired.
Double Jobbing:
First offense: -10
Second offense: Fired.
Giving/Taking Bribes:
First offense: -20 and 3 day suspension
Second offense: Fired.
Idling at FTF, FTE or FTD:
First offense: -2
Second offense: -4
Third offense+: -8
*Note: Consequences should only be given if they have been idling at a station for more than two minutes and are not responding to any commands (SF/F&C).
Using colored chat/excessive swearing/inappropriate language/excessive caps:
Minimum offense: -2
Medium offense: -4 and quick mute.
High offense: -6 and long mute.
Effects (nonperm and perm):
Minimum offense: -2
Medium offense: -4 and kick.
High offense: -6 and 1 hour ban.
Bullying:
First offense: 5 day suspension and 7 days with no point rewards.
Second offense: Immediate termination of employment.
Witnesses (who fail to report bullying): -10 points and possible 3 day suspension.
*Note: Those who report bullying may remain anonymous if they wish.
*Note: Those who are reported for bullying may ask for a court case. Mod+ may deny it.

Criminal Justice Division Promotions:
+25 Points Per Rank - At +26 points, they must be promoted to the next rank, instead of receiving +26.
Training Division Promotions:
+30 Points Per Rank - At +31 points, they must be promoted to the next rank, instead of receiving +31.
Security & Jail Division Promotions:
+25 Points Per Rank - At +26 points, they must be promoted to the next rank, instead of receiving +26.
High Rank (HR) Promotions:
+35 Points Per Rank - At +36 points, they must be promoted to the next rank, instead of receiving +36.
Top Management Promotions:
+55 Points Per Rank - At +56 points, they must be promoted to the next rank, instead of receiving +56.
*Note: TM ranks must earn 156 points in Training (52 Training Sessions) throughout the entire tier system in order to move on to Trial SM. If a TM does not complete 156 points in Training, but are at the last point of TM, they must finish the Training amount in order to be promoted to Trial SM.
Senior Management (SM) Promotions:
+100 Points Per Rank - At +101 points, they must be promoted to the next rank, instead of receiving +101.
*Note: SM ranks must earn 25 points in Transferring (25 Logged Transfers) throughout
the entire tier system in order to move on to CEO. If an SM does not complete 25 points in Transferring, but are at the last point of COO, they must finish the Transferring amount in order to be promoted to CEO.
*Note: SM ranks must earn 105 points in HR Training (35 Logged HR Trainings) throughout the entire tier system in order to move on to CEO. If an SM does not complete 105 points in HR Training, but are at the last point of COO, they must finish the HR Training amount in order to be promoted to CEO.
