Advices : Have a pre-made personalized script ready to speed up the process. Read the guide once he gets accepted into the forum site.

Further Comments: First time officially training a recruit, who wasn't interested and listening to the trainer.

Positive Feedback

3. Demanded the recruit to take notes or ask questions if needed.
4. Managed an abusive recruit


Points to improve
1. Manage stress
2. Pacing was a little slow (first time training)
3. Address when moving on to another section of the training session.


Advices : Have his own pre-made text. Relax more during training/teaching.

1. Bold wasn't used (shift on his keyboard is broken)
2. Look at the new script (8 EPF rules now instead of 10)

Advices : Change the EPF rules in his script. Fix his shift key log to speak in bold.

Further Comments: Continue the good work. Good asset to the training division. Recruit was arrogant and disrespectful towards the trainer. Recruit also left training.
