iamcool911's Supervising Log

Name of Trainer: sammyili

Name of Supervisors: iamcool911 w/meow.king

Name of Recruit/s: !topfun

Trainer Performance: +1

Further Comments:
- She followed the script word for word, which I believe is fine for your first time training.
- All in all, she held herself well, but she could connect better with the recruit(s).
- Her pacing was pretty much flawless and the training ran very smoothly.
- A couple of times she did forget to bold, but we all do that at times.
- The test ran too slowly, so hopefully she can speed that up next time.
- She seemed really excited to train and I loved seeing it.

[Recruit left before the correct motto was given.]

Further Comments:
He started up at the test because this recruit had been in earlier and that's all he needed.

Pros:
- He connected quickly with the recruit and even got up to stand closer for F&C.
- He spoke in bold and correct grammar and spelling the entire time.

Cons:
- He was unsure of himself about if the recruit was giving the correct answers, so he definitely needs more confidence.
- I suggest he reads the script more until he knows the answers by heart.

Name of Supervisor: iamcool911

Name of Recruit/s: hanooni and beccas2015

Trainer Performance: 0

Further Comments:
- He spoke in bold the entire time.
- He followed the script exactly; he needs to start working on personalizing it.
- He ignored the recruits most of the time, and tried to hurry through the training.
- He didn't take charge and tell the recruits to stop speaking after every sentence.
- He needs to connect with the recruits better and learn to treat training with more caring.
- He forgot parts of the test, and added other questions that weren't necessarily needed.
- He needs to slow down his training and make sure the recruits are actually learning the Advanced Commands.
- He needs to speed up the test, which doing the point earlier would help.

(I'd like to mention that the recruits were very unruly and we're purposely saying things incorrectly. I know this can be hard for a newer trainer to deal with. Overall, he did, in the end, warn them and tell them what to do correctly. He did alright in his situation.)

Pros:
- He spoke in bold the entire time.
- He again did well in teaching SF and F&C, making sure the recruit knew how to do both.
- He did repeat commands for the recruit when asked.

Cons:
- His pacing was too quick; the recruit couldn't keep up.
- When he had to repeat the Basic Commands, he didn't say what each meant again.
