[!] DIVISIONAL INSTRUCTOR'S GUIDE [!]
#1
These Training Scripts are to be used by Junior Divisional Instructors+ while training. These have been made so that you can copy and paste them into your Habbo speech bubble when Training a new Divisional Member. If you are asked to train a new Divisional member or see someone wearing any of the ranks below, then you can come here to find the correct Division Script and train that member in either a Training Room or their Division’s HQ.

[EPF] Law Trainee [TAG]
[EPF] SWAT Observation Officer [TAG]
[EPF] Trial Detective [TAG]
[EPF] Receptionist Intern [TAG]

If you are reading this thread, then you are likely to be a new Divisional Trainer. The role of a Divisional Trainer is to teach new Divisional members about their chosen Division and what is expected of them in that Division. This thread will educate you on how to be a good Divisional Trainer. A great trainer will teach everything that is within this thread and will also use this thread for future reference.

The Basics of Divisional Training:

1) You must ensure your Divisional Student has the correct motto and is also wearing the proper uniform for their Division.
2) Trainers below Junior Divisional Instructor are not allowed to train new Divisional members. They must be that rank or higher.
3) You MUST log the Training of the new Divisional member in the normal Training Log.

The Two Areas of Focus:

Training Fundamentals:

1) Make sure you have the correct Divisional Script pulled up for the member you are Training.
2) When copying and pasting, make sure that the full sentences are getting in the speech bubble.
3) Keep in mind that they are excited for the Division they chose – seem excited too!
4) Remember to always speak in bold, and use proper grammar and punctuation.

Communication with the New Divisional Member:

1) Make sure they know exactly what Division they’ve joined and what it’s about.
2) Make sure they know to still respect you like it’s a normal Training Session.
3) Make sure they’re ready to go out after passing their test and still FTF, while fulfilling their duties for their Division.

If you are a Divisional Trainer and are in need of assistance, the Training High Rank Team are here to help!
