Positive: -good communication with recruits
-he used correct grammar throughout the training session
-he used bold text for the whole session
-he described each command in great detail to make sure the recruit understood
-he did not copy the script, he made his training unique
-he added extra information that is not on the script
-he made sure the recruit understood after every section
- he used a strike system for if the recruit was disrespectful

Negative:
- his pacing could have been improved, he took a long time to train the recruit
