Further Comments:
-First training to my knowledge
-Could improve by customising the training script in a word document etc.
-Got better as the session went on
-For a first training. Quite good!

-Recruit failed not because of the trainers fault but because of the fact the recruit kept getting the answers wrong on their own accord it was not due to the trainer
