Postives:
- He spoke in bold the entire time.
- He connected with the recruit immediately.
- He was extremely helpful and patient with the recruit.
- He was very energetic and easy-going.
- He has begun to personalize the Script to fit his own style.
- He gave amazing examples of F&C, SF, and AE.

Negatives:
- He didn't enforce the rule to not talk unless asked to speak.
- He could speed up his Training Sessions some more.
