Mart, I’d just like to firstly say how unlucky I didn’t see your full training, as the recruit left. However, I will carry on with my supervisor report. From your performance today, I have some negatives and positives.
Positives: The introduction you gave was great! I extremely like how you laid out the training rules, and when she disobeyed them you enforced the rules. I also like how you gave tips to the recruit, when the information was important.
On a negative note, the only negative I have is the script was too long. Keep it short and snappy.
I believe you have a great future as a trainer! Good luck.
