Pros:-
-He was connected to the recruit throughout the session

Cons:-
-Has to improve training speed
-Has to personalise his training script
-Didn't train in bold most of the time

Recruit:-
-Did the Demonstration part wrong(SF)-He confused SF with F&C,He did not allow Mitchell to demonstrate.
-But on the whole,he did well
