Wasn't supervising all training, but did got half.
- Needs to slow down a little.
-Needs to personalize the sript
- Needs to identify the levels of recruits.
- Needs to aquire more knowledge of EPF.
-Needs to be able to answer more.
- Haves to approach better in training.
