Further Comments:
- Should use the script better (deleting or modifying parts which don't fit her e.g. "Address me ad Sir/Ma'am" to "Address me as Ma'am"
- Didn't always enforce the pre-training rule of being called ma'am
- Used watchers/supervisors to help her demonstrate F&C + SF, well done!
- Some incorrect grammar, e.g. lower-case "I"s
