Further Comments: You connected with the recruit really well but your grammar/spelling/accuracy really needs to improve, I had to make many essential corrections and intervene on two occasions. Although by just using the copy and paste the script tactic I think you could be a decent trainer. Don't get nervous, just take your time and give one line gap between each sentence. It's very bitty at the moment. But all in all the recruit (with a bit of help) was well trained and ready to progress. And remember to talk in bold, it helps you get your point across. But he did pick up on a training script error so Sam deserves credit for that. I think he'll do well with a little bit of practice and some guidance.
