Excellent work! He remained patient throughout the course of the training and guided the recruit to success in the training. He would stop at the end and ask if the recruit had any questions in order to make sure that the recruit understood the topic. He also encouraged the recruit to try hard so that he passed the test. The used himself as an example for F&C which helped the recruit understand the command. My advice for him would be to use examples for SF and AE.
