Further Comments: The training lacked structure, I think Jake was consused by the fact that she said yes to ''have you been trained in another agency?''. Not bad, but still room for improvement. It will come with experience: it was his first training!

Further Comments: He personnalized the training to fit the need of the recruit. He did a good job in general. Only critique: missed telling a few rules.

Further Comments: He considerably improved since the last time I supervised him. I am glad to see that he has taken my advices and used them to get better. He is close to being able of training alone.
