Further Comments: Incredibly interactive with the recruit, he really does have a way with communicating with them. He is also very patient with the recruit, he pays a lot of attention to detail. Although the recruit left before he even finished, he stayed on track until the very end. I really like him.

Further Comments: A little slow in regards to typing out the script, which I suspect he was doing during my session with him. All good though, maybe a little faster. I suggestion having a premade script for his needs.

Further Comments: Stuck to script (kewl beans), was able to disregard distractions (Continued on like a trooper), skipped advanced commands. Ryarp left because RJ didn't get to the test on time. Should maybe correct when they answer wrongly
