[!] SUPERVISING LOG [!] - Sircles - 07-29-2016

This thread not only aims to highlight the hard working supervisors within this division, but will also provide valuable information about what is going on in EPF Training Rooms. It is important for ALL supervisors to log who they train from now on, as it may be used as a valid basis for promotions. 

Each entry requires you to rate the trainer you supervised. The rating system used in this thread is as follows:

-1 = Bad - This needs investigation and or requires re-education.
0 = Neutral - The trainers performance was okay. There is still room for improvement.
+1 = Good - This trainer did a great job. His training was clear and effective. This trainer is worthy of a promotion.
