Firstly, Well i can see there is some changes made in the script which is well done as he do really read up Tammy Comment of keeping the script short and snappy.
Secondly, He can try to slow down the pacing between each sentence so that the Recruits are able to digest what he said.
Overall, WELL DONE
but ofc, he will get better everytime he give training Keep it up!
